Hello Everyone,

I've been watching all of your successes for months now. I'm getting ready to join you with my own. My surgery is scheduled for Monday, August 12th and I am so completely excited!!

I began my journey a few years ago and gave up because I couldn't lose the required 10 lbs. Gained more weight and went back again this past March with a vengeance. I've lost 30 lbs. pre-surgery this time. Yeah! I'm looking forward to my future.

Thank you to everyone. I've been eating the Stage 2 diet since Monday. I'm fine with this stage, all day, until I come home to cook for my family. Rough Stuff! Oh well. Just wish I wasn't hungry.

What protein drink is everyone using?
