Idk if you would consider it a stall or whatever but the normal hold up that happens around 3 or 4 weeks post op, how long did this last for you?

Mine last just less than a week. I've read where others have lasted up to 2 or 3 weeks, though. Hang in there. It will pass.

I had a stall at 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, and again at 6 months.  The first one lasted a few days, the three week one lasted about a week, the three month one lasted about two weeks, and the six month one is lasting a couple of months although I still am losing, just very slowly.  I'm very satisfied with the loss, though, because I lose inches and sizes faster on a stall than on a weight loss, it seems.  It must be my body catching up to the scale, I guess.

Good luck to all of us on our journeys!

Most of the time, these 'stalls' last anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. If it lasts more than that, contact your provider and ask for some input from them. That said, these stalls are very, very common. They are frustrating and unnerving, but very, very common.

Wishing you continued success,
