Joined the gym today!
I do cardio 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week. DO NOT do weights more than 1 day in a row and make sure you take at least a 1 day break in between. My sister is a fitness instructor and she can't stress this enough. I find that the elliptical is the best. It works out my arms and legs and tones very nice. Also, Zumba :D Hope this helps!
