I don't count calories but at almost three months out I normally don't go over 650-700 a day. Your protein intake is good, but your shake cals seem high? I don't eat many veggies yet, my focus is on protein and as much as I can from foods for now, I really have a hard time drinking shakes, so trying protein rich foods right now. Hungry? Not ever, I never feel hungry, you do this soon?  I think your doing great and really think the only thing would be to increase your protein in foods and cut back the high cal protein shake. I haven't heard many say they are hungry at 2.5 out from wls. angry

Yeah due to my long commute and log hours I think I need to move my second protein shake to later in the day its between lunch and dinner I feel myself getting hungry lunch at 12:00 dinner is often not till 7:30 i was drinking a shake around 3:00 but then I am at the gym at 4:30 I think I am going to move my shake to after the gym and before dinner that may help.  I think the gap from working out till dinner is ready is to long.

I think that with your level of activity, and if you're happy with your rate of weight loss (and it seems like you're doing well!), then you should just listen to your NUT. :)  FWIW I'm supposed to be around 600-800 calories right now (at 2 months out) and move up to 800-1000 in another month or so.  And I'm getting much less activity than you right now because I have a broken ankle.

I have called my nut and have yet to get a response about any calorie ceiling while on this quest for protein.   I have my myfitnesspal set for 800 calories a day and I generally struggle to get that much.   I personally need to go back to protein drinks to help round out my protein for the day.  The nut told me to eat at 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day, eat meat first and if you have room left veggies are bonus.

see I am trying to figure out how I am able to get all those calories in eating 1/4-1/2 a cup of meat and some veggies and two shakes.  I do often eat steak, pork, or chicken thighs.  Perhaps its the higher calorie meats.  Maybe because I count EVERYTHING even the oil I used to cook it.  Not sure.  Oh Well I guess as long as I am still losing and feeling good I wont worry to much over it.  Thanks for all the replies!
