I hope you get to go home soon! Sounds like your tummy finally woke up since your able to toot. I asked if I was suppose to have a BM before getting discharged but the answer I pretty much got was no, I'm tooting too and able to urinate on my own and that seems to please everyone. Good luck and maybe we will both be getting to go home today!

So glad you're doing good. I had a BM today - yay but they took my drain out yesterday and 1 doc is uconcerned with how much I'm still draining. Well see what my surgeon says. I want to get this darn iv out too. I look like an addict I have so many bruises. My iv hand is swollen but it doesn't really hurt. Just a little ached when go right into it with meds. Nurses are really great here. Are you home now? Our flight home leaves tomorrow so hoping to be on that plane!!
