How much were you eating?
My nut even okd me to start eating soft veggies but I'm not able to get any in once I finish my protein. I know this is ok but idk. I'm still feeling like I'm eating too much for one sitting just eating 2 ounces of food. I wish I knew exactly what size my pouch is so I know exactly how much food will fit so I don't have to worry about overrating and stretching my pouch. I know it's supposed to get a little bigger over time but how do I know if that's the case or if its stretching because I'm overeating?
At 6 weeks I'm pretty sure that's about what I was eating, you'll know if you over eat and it takes months to stretch the pouch. If you over eat you'll get sick and probably vomit. I wouldn't worry to much about it right now, but if your still eating the same ammount after a year, you might become malnourished depending on what your progression is

Your pouch is smaller than your thumb. In a year it will get to be about the size of an egg and you will be able to eat about six ounces then. I still eat about four ounces six times a day at six years out.
At two months out I could handle four ounces or soup or about one ounce of meat.
At three months out, I could eat half of a small Wendy's chili, or a small bowl of vegetable soup. Now I can easily finish a small Wendy's chili or 4 to 6 ounces of steak or fish. I can eat a lot of salad, a large tomato, or two string cheese for a meal. I still don't eat potatoes, rice, pasta, bread or noodles.
