Thank you Jane :) I started back school last week after having the whole summer off and I had lots of time to work out! I didnt get to the gym at all last week because I was trying to get settled back in at school. But looking at those pics tonight will have me up and in the gym tomorrow before class for sure! Still have 100 pounds to go! Thanks for always responding and being so encouraging

Yes you can :) I started off swimming for 30 minutes a day about 3 times a week in the pool at the gym. Slowly but surely I worked it up to an hour a day 4-5 times a week and the last 2 months I have started walking and jogging with friends our goal is 10 miles a week we do 2 miles a day walking and then jogging as much as we can.
