Hello!!!!
Hi everybody new to this page. Just had my last appointment today with my nutrition doctor and I go Monday the 26th to see Dr Richards nurse to have my paperwork looked over and submitted to BCBS of AL. Does anybody has any insight in to how long it takes for approval on the SLEEVE. Also any patients of Dr Richards know if he requires any stress test or physical evaluation before surgery. Thanks for any help I can get with these questions.

HW - (260) SW - (197) GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs HT 5'5" Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14 reached 4/6/14 
Twelve months? That doesn't sound right I had my last appointment with my Nut. today and I see my surgeons nurse Monday to go over the paper work to submit to the insurance company. I have the three years back history and the six months with a Nut I hear some people get approved the same day or the same week
