Stalling already?

I had my surgery on the 8th. From the 11th to the 14th, I lost 12 pounds. I was thrilled! But I haven't lost an ounce since. I'm following every rule. Is this normal?

Yes you will have stalls. It is normal, your body has to adjusted to the loss.

I had my surgery on the 5th. I've lost 15lbs since then and been on a stall since Friday. It happens. Take measurements. You never know. =)

I have heard stalls are quite common.  I am experiencing my first stall. I am 5 months out and have lost about 100 pounds. The scale hasn't moved in a week. I am tracking my calories. I am pretty sure my mistake is that I started drinking sweet tea again. A couple of glasses of iced tea sweetened with real sugar is a lot of calories! I am back on my caffeine free tea sweetened with splenda. I am anxious to see if it makes a difference. I bet it does.  Just keep to your plan and you'll get past the slump.  Best wishes on your journey :)
