Stalling already?
I have heard stalls are quite common. I am experiencing my first stall. I am 5 months out and have lost about 100 pounds. The scale hasn't moved in a week. I am tracking my calories. I am pretty sure my mistake is that I started drinking sweet tea again. A couple of glasses of iced tea sweetened with real sugar is a lot of calories! I am back on my caffeine free tea sweetened with splenda. I am anxious to see if it makes a difference. I bet it does. Just keep to your plan and you'll get past the slump.
