Do you miss pizza ? Me too !  I ran across this recipe using cauliflower rice .   You could just do a little 2% cheese , some sugar free marinara ,  and some healthy toppings.   Pizza doesn't have to be BAD !

I grind it up in the good processor, then put it in a strainer - dab with a paper towel to dry it out.

Stir fry it in a pan with some soy.

I add a small bag of angel hair coleslaw.

Scrambled eggs.

My dh hates onions, but if he is not eating it - I add sauted onions as well.

You are really put any veggie you like. I can do zucchini - as long as I peel it completely.

I had added ground beef, or chicken or any protein really.

You have to be careful - it can cause gas!!

This lasts a long time because it makes a lot.

When I have a pizza craving, I make just the toppings.   I take a saucer, spread a little pizza sauce over it, sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese (plus anything else that sounds tasty and is good for me) and stick it under the broiler for a few minutes.    I've seen others mention ricotta and sauce in the microwave.

I make pizza on a tortilla.. I use pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni  then.... throw it in the oven for 10 minutes it is really great... its better than using baked  bread
