3 Month Check-up Today and Everything Looks GREAT!

I am exactly 3 months Post-Op Today and I went for my 3 month check-up! Labs all look great, and I lost 23 pounds since the end of June! That is a total loss of 86 Pounds Total!! 3 more pounds and I will be in the 200's!! I have not been in that weight range in over 10 YEARS!!

Congrats! My 3 month appt is this afternoon! Our surgeries were a day apart. Congrats on a great check-up!

That is wonderful--good for you!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
