18 Months Post OP
How do I begin? 18 months ago my life began once again, I started this incredible journey in earnest having lost 38 pounds during the pre op phase and then using this amazing tool to reach my goals in life is something I never really believed I could do. I weighed in this morning and to my pleasant surprise I am 148.4. I have lost a tremendous amount of weight during these last 18 months. I am so pleased, excited and thrilled to know that something I am so dedicated to has actually materialized.
This isn't always easy and during stalls and stair stepping it can be more then frustrating but ooh so worth it. This was the best gift I could ever imagine to start new, excited about the path that I've chosen. It's work, for sure but the rewards are truly a gift.
Best to all just starting out or contemplating this choice...It was a blessing for me
