When my thyroid is checked I get T3, T4 and sex binding hormone. All three are required to be tested for my PCP to prescribe bio-identical hormones. Not sure about what you posted on thyroid.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

The ferritin isn't terrible.  Did you get an iron level, too?

I think you really need an iron level and a B12 level.  Can you just call your doc and ask them to order those?

Do you take any type of thyroid medication?  Your low TSH, along with the Cascade that is near the upper limit, indicates that your thyroid is either overactive (hyperthyroid) or your thyroid medication dose needs lowered a bit.   Hyperthyroid conditions, though generally would have symptoms that are the opposite of those of low ferritin and iron..

I am hypothyroid. Under active thyroid  when I was  at .2 I felt amazing this number is on the higher end for me. I have a drs appt Monday and I will have him also order iron, b12, and vitamin d.

low TSH and high (or moderately high) Cascade both indicate that you have too much thyroid hormone.  So, at the moment at least, you are not hypothyroid.  (How can .2 be on the "higher end"?)

.2 is the lower end of the spectrum anything higher than 2 I feel lousy the higher the number is hypothyroidism the lower the number is hyperthyroidism. I take synthroid for under active thyroid.
