Vegetarian Based Protein?

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
It is - plant based - no animal proteins in the mix.

If you can tolerate - then they may be OK for you. They are plant base proteins so they may not have all amino acids to make them complete - but since you added yogurt - you addend some extra proteins. I would not relay on them to be the only protein source for long term - but I do believe that variety is good for us.
I myself started introducing some plan based protein powder.. They are good as an addition to food and other drinks..
