Insurance Questions..again lol

Call your insurance and ask.  I work at one.  A friend of mine works at a bariatric center, and told me that mine waives the 6 month diet if your BMI is over 50.  I called and it was waived.  Each plan is different.  Good luck!

My insurance required 6 months (one visit a month to the NUT) and I am glad I had to do it! I learned alot, got alot of fears out of the way, and questions answered. I changed some things before the surgery and lost 42 lbs before having the surgery on 7/2. I did alot of extra research on they RNY and when I had it, I was grateful for all that time!
