Nerve Pain in Feet
Well, there are a couple of vitamin deficiencies that could cause that. B12 would be most likely, followed by thiamine (B1) and copper. However, it's unlikely you've developed a deficiency this soon after surgery, unless you were already very low before surgery.
I would see your doctor. Doesn't need to be your surgeon, your PCP would be fine. Ask them to order some labs (B12, thiamine and copper) and ask if they think it could be caused by anything else. You may need an xray or MRI - a pinched nerve in your back can cause symptoms like that.
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
Do you know what your pre-op labs were?

This has been a very difficult recovery for me. Still being great for drain hole infection, which is slowing down my walking and energy levels. I need a nap every day. I'm on puréed phase and doing fine except that I am never hungry so have to force myself to eat. Been eating about 2oz 4-5 times a day. I rarely finish the 2oz tho. Drinking my fluids and getting most of my protein thru shakes and IsoPure clear liquids. I'm feeling pretty bummed I even did this to myself. On a positive note, I have lost 17lbs. I need to find the energy to update my health tracker.
