How much iron?
They don't have enough C to actually help with absorption of iron, though.

The ASMBS recommends 36 mg if you don't have periods.
To help with absorption of iron, you need 200 mg vitamin C per 30 mg iron. So you'd need a little over 200 mg C with 36 mg iron.
