DIY Protein Powder

I have developed a recipe for a DIY protein powder that I wanted to share.  Much cheaper than commercial brands, no chemicals and tons of flavor options that you can make as sweet or unsweet as you prefer.  (also a new recipe for pumpkin pie bliss protein shake is up there too!)

Awesome!  I just sent the link to my husband and asked him to buy the stuff asap (he is in charge of grocery stores and online shopping!).  I can't wait to try it!

1 cup 90% Whey Protein Isolate.....does it have a flavor of it's own?

It has an almost milk flavor to it.

Ok.  Wait.  **mind blown**   You can buy just the Whey Isolate at the bulk store????     I wonder if our Mr. Bulky's has it.   I'm going to check.   My favorite shake mix is also the Fit Frappe, so I believe we must have similar taste.   I must try this.   Thanks so much.  Now off to find Whey Isolate in Bulk.

Good luck!  I will also look around for some online sources and put the links up on the blog too!
