I know there is the usual stall around 3-4 weeks out. Did you guy**** another at about 7-8 weeks?

You will have many stalls along your journey. When they will happen and for how long differs for everyone.

I am also at 7 weeks out. Didn't do a complete stall. But I lost less weight this week than I have in previous ones. Only lost 1.4 lbs compared to the 3.5 I normally lose in a week.
Next week will hopefully look better. Good luck on your journey.

A stall lasts for 3-4 weeks, if it's not been that long it's just a normal pause in weight gain. You will NEVER lose on a daily or even weekly basis, even early out...

As has already been stated, a stall is considered at least 30 days without weight loss.

These momentary pauses are just your body finding balance with rapid weight loss. With that said, I did not have the 3 week pause, but mine did come at weeks 7&8. I was at the same weight for those 2 weeks, and then things got moving again. For the most part it has been steady sailing since them, and I am coming up on 5 months.
