I now see what everyone means when they say they cannot see it in themselves like others can. But that's ok....I know I'll get the dramatic results eventually and I am HAPPY with what I have accomplished so far! :)

You can really see the difference in your face and in the width of your shoulders. I like to think of it as the top to bottom melt. I lose from top to bottom too and it can be frustrating when you are paying so much attention to your lower half but what we miss is the fact that we are taking up SO much less space! Keep up the awesome work - slow and steady gets us there too!
