I got them last week when I was in the car. I had to pull over when I was dry heaving... Nothing but foam. I hope I never get them again.... I sounded like a cat with a hairball stuck!

I get them when something gets stuck. I highly suggest papaya enzymes. I buy them at GNC for like $5.

I totally agree, papaya enzymes have saved me many times.

Something that also works is a sip of pickle juice. I'm not sure why, but a fellow wls friend told me about it and it really works.

I use to get them a lot, usually ate the wrong thing and it got stuck. It usually seems that when this happens I swallow to much saliva. When I was a cross country truck driver it was a horror because there weren't many places to stop in larger areas. I've found keeping a bag or bottle handy(to not swallow the excess saliva, yes I know is very gross) helped me a lot at least until I could pull over. I personally haven't tried Papya enzyme yet, but I do have a bottle( I think I got it from Costco, but I to often loose track of where I buy things) and am ready for my next spell of it.

True victory comes at the very end, when you can say, " I lived, and will gladly do it again." View "failure" as a setback, and meet each accomplishment with a larger goal.

I had to throw up after tasting a bite of chicken marsala at buco de pepos and they use a sweet marsala wine! The stuff was pure sugar. Gross. Who makes sweet marsala?? Anyways, that one hit of sugar made me sicker than a dog.

Dancing my way to better health,
