Could it be nerve regeneration?

I am just over 3 months out.  I have always measured my food and had no issues at all with any food or with nausea or getting things stuck.  I have noticed over the last few days I can only eat about 1/2 what I have been. I have been eating 1/2 a cup at each meal.  Now at about a little over a 1/4 cup I am really full.   I still dont get anything that would make me think its a stricture or any other issue. No nausea or vomiting, no foamies,  Just full! Actually I have never had a full feeling before I just made sure I measured.  Is it possible that my nerves have finally regenerated and thats why I feel a full now?

Thanks

Sarah

Keep a good eye on it, but if your only feeling a full feeling I wouldn't worry about it. To this day if I miss a meal, or have a less dense meal then normal my stomach will retract a little. It's a lot more noticeable if I have a shake for dinner, and breakfast the next day, but then try to eat a a sandwich for lunch. Also more dense meats like beef are harder on our stomachs and so on a typical basis the quantity you can eat is less. It's all slightly different for each person.
