NSV & SV!!!
Hi there to all! It has been a hectic two weeks! First NSV is my husband and I are working things out! We had been seperated for 10 1/2 months. I prayed for him the whole time that God would work on his heart. And he did! We got back together on August 31! Then another NSV is that I am no longer in pants that begin with a "2". I started at 24 and am now in 18's easily! as well as skirts!
My shirts used to be 4x (some 3's if made larger), and now I am in 1x and some 2x's. I may not be losing fast like others, but it is coming off fast enough for me!
My doctor's visit on Sept 6th went wonderful! All blood work was excellent! B-12 too high, so now I am only taking that every other day! LPN said I was a model patient! Whoot! Whoot! I am following their directions in only trying a new food every couple of days to see if I can tolerate it. I am sticking with my staples that I know I can tolerate, then just keep trying things! I still do a shake in the morning, or at lunch, which ever time I am more rushed on certain days! I always take a bag of some water and some string cheese or some other snack with protein in case I am out and about and get hungry!
I was 211 at the doctor's office, but was 208 this morning. I usually weigh myself maybe twice a week. I am not getting stuck on the numbers because I feel so much better now than before. As long as I am feeling good, I am very happy with my success. It is quite slower than others, but I am very happy that I am not losing 25-30 lbs in a month. I can at least wear my clothes more than once! hahah
Have a great evening all, and hope this post finds you all well as I have not been on here for about two weeks! Forgive me!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
