Oh WOW. I Just Realized It Is My Surviversary!

I replied to someone's post and when it "posted" I saw my surgery date on the ticker and realized that today is my 1 year surgiversary!

Time has indeed flown! I have had no complications and am down a total of 122 pounds (from 263 to 141). I feel so much better and have so much energy!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
