I hadn't had lunch yet when I read this so I searched to see what was in my cupboards and found SF chocolate pudding.  It is delicious!  Thanks Kelly, I was getting tired of plain yogurt!

I love making stuff with plain Greek yogurt and pudding mix.  If you put sugar free cheesecake pudding mix in plain Greek  yogurt, it tastes like cheesecake.  Top it with some no sugar added cherry pie filling and it's like eating cherry cheesecake.  Um, I might be having that for dinner!

Sounds good Kelly.  Where do you find the NSA pie filling?   I can't seem to find it in the pudding/jello/pie filling aisle.   I have found "lite" versions that seem to have less sugar, like maybe 7grams per serving, but none that say, "no sugar added."

I've found it with the other pie filling in the baking aisle, at both Kroger and Meijer.  It still has some sugar in it, though, because it's made with fruit and fruit contains sugar in the form of fructose.  If you read the ingredients, there is no added sugar or corn syrup or anything like that, but there is no such thing as sugar free fruit.

One of my go-to dinners and I often add Kashi cereal or Special K Protein Plus cereal. I've come up with all sorts of concoctions.

If you don't have jello or pudding, try it with a little bit of crystal light lemonade mix. It's really good.
