I love Madison but in May I will be relocating to Phoenix. I am a southern girl through and through and need to get out of this snow. I actually go to the Chicago School of Professional Psychology for Industrial Organizational Psychology. I wanted a masters as I am not sure about by abilities in a doctorate program which was the only option with UW. I have days I doubt my abilities for a masters program lol like today.

I will let you know what he says from others reports though it sounds like it might be my lack of something in my post op diet which I hope that is it and I can correct it. :)

Ah, so you will go from freezing to roasting!

A Wisconsin native, I got tired of the snow too. I graduated on a Friday in December and left for California  on Tuesday. Would have gone sooner, but Christmas was that weekend. LOL

I was becoming very forgetful and had to up my good carbs the first few weeks also.  Additionally, I had to up my sublingual B12 after my levels came back at 280.  I feel much better now.

Thank You I added some cheese to my lunch which already had some peas and carrots in it and will make that fruit and greens protein shake in an hour or two. I will watch those carbs more closely going forward.

What did you choose for "good carbs"?\

More veggies like mashed cauliflower and cooked carrots which are higher carb veggies and also a small amount of frozen fruit (mango, blueberry, apple, to sweeten up green protein shakes that my nutritionist recommended.

How long have you been taking the adderal? I'm not saying that its nothing that hasn't been mentioned already, but those are the classic symptoms of why you take it. I get the same way without it.

I take the regular 30 mg cut in half, one half in the morning, the other half at noon. Extended release tablets don't work in my system, and the same for most. I would get your other levels checked as previously suggested, it's very important, but with adderall in the equation that's most likely what the cause is. Especially if your on a dose at 30 mg or higher

edit: morning for me is 6 am, and one of my side effects is a severe loss of appetite, not sure if you'll experience the same, but be mindful of your intake, I find all to often that I've missed meals

When I take it properly I do lose my appetite but I currently have no appetite at all and struggle to get in all my food as is. Not because I have trouble eating but I have trouble remembering to eat.
