A few NSVs in the last 3 months...
I am nearing the end of my 3rd month post op. Surgery was 6/10/13. My highest weight was 343, surgery weight was 306 and current weight is 252.
- At my highest weight I was in a sz 28, now I am wearing a 20 and depending on the pants, 18! I had a pair of goal pants that I loved when I had lost weight in the past and I was able to wear those sz. 18 pants to work the other day.
- My husband and I went on vacation to Washington DC and walked and walked with no huffing and puffing!
- We are riding bike without getting tuckered out.
- If we go to a restaurant we can sit in a booth comfortably.
- My friend and I went to a musical and sat in the middle, without spilling on my neighbors space.
Its been a great ride so far and looking forward to what is coming!!!

Holy heck! You are losing like a CHAMP!
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
Those are all wonderful! I love reading about things people discover they can now do that they couldn't before. So many great things I haven't even thought about looking forward to!
