Cheez -It Crackers
I would not eat it that early out because your primary goal is protein, which Cheez-Its do not offer up, it would be wasted space in your pouch and empty calories imho. If you're looking for something with crunch but that also provides you with protein, I would suggested some Dry Roasted Edamame (14g protein for 1/4 cup, 130 calories).

I wouldn't start eating carbs at this early out as I think it's just not a good idea to get back into that habit. There are so many other options full of protein that would be better for you.
I am over a year and find that Cheez It's are on my "You can not be trusted with" item and I refuse to let myself buy them as I can not control myself with them.
