How long does it take to know if a food doesn't agree with you?

I have not had anything not agree with me yet so I am wondering how long after eating did you notice your food didn't sit well in your new pouch? Is it almost instant? 30 minutes? A couple hours? Thanks!!

For me it is usually almost immediately to about 20 minutes. But it rarely happens now because I now know the trigger foods and I don't eat them. Chicken and eggs are my no foods.

It is usually pretty quick for me-10 to 20 minutes and I am like, oh, that was a mistake.

The big problem for me is, I can eat something one time & it is fine. The next time, no go. If I try again, I can be fine again! No rhyme or reason sometimes. I usually chalk it up to, I must have eaten too fast or too much on the times I don't feel well afterwards.

For me, I can usually tell within 10 min of eating. I have had pretty good luck so far, but once or twice my tummy was telling me to change course.

When something gets stuck it is instant for me.

When food doesn't agree with me, I usually know within minutes. :(

I can tell within 10-15 minutes, and I think back to what I did, and realize the mistake.

For me it is within minutes.  If i don't feel it within minutes i am normally okay...
