Update

I went back to my primary today and saw the CRNP.  Still having terrible vertigo.  She got the ER report that showed I was not dehydrated.  I didn't think I was because I was drinking 64 oz. most days and almost that most on others.  So I am now on meclizine and scheduled for a CT scan and a holter cardiac test to rule out causes.  Pray the meclizine works!  Wish this would just go away!

Might you have a viral form of vertigo?  I had it last spring and wound up in the hospital for a day after throwing up everything I've ever eaten. The slightest movement of my head sent me spiraling into an abyss. The meclizine worked wonders but it took a few days to recover my strength. I hope that there is nothing seriously wrong and you are feeling well very soon!
