My husband suffered from horrible headaches after his gastric bypass last year, he was put on magnesium which helped.  Apparently after this surgery your magnesium levels can get out of whack causing migraines.   Hope you feel better soon.

I can't take Tylenol, which leaves me with nothing to take when I get a headache. I have been using a peppermint oil mixture on my temples. I bought it on Etsy - there are a ton. I also use a heating pad on my neck (mine are usually tension headaches though. Also, I like binaural tones and a dark room when I have the time.

Day 4 is excessive for a run of the mill migraine. I think you should call your primary care physician if you do try Tylenol and get no relief.

My massage therapist and chiropractor can work non-medicated wonders on my headaches sometimes. Try that, perhaps.
