onederland but happened to me last night....
I weighed in at 199lbs this morning!! Yay!! Now I know that my weight can fluctuate and I could go back up to 200lbs, but I'm excited. Onederland here I come!! Lol..........now for last night. My daughter and I walked up to the little store by our house last night. When I got home I started feeling really sick. I was sweating really bad, shaking, weak, my body was freezing but my face and neck were really red and hot. So I layed down and my fiancé held cold rages on my face. This lasted about an hour then I started to get better. Now I would have thought this is dumping however I didn't eat anything that would cause dumping, in fact I didn't eat for a little while. I was going to eat when I got home but I got sick. I didn't drink anything that sugar in it either, I was drinking jus****er. I still feel weak today but so far every else is gone. Anybody have any ideas om what it could be? Do you think it was because I hadn't eaten in awhile?(about 4hrs). I don't know what happened but it was scary
You may have waited too long between meals. I start feeling sick, etc. if I wait too long. I usually need to eat something every 2.5-3 hours throughout the day.
