Hungry a Lot at almost 2 years out
So I find I feel hungry a lot, and I wonder if it's because I eat so little to begin with that I quickly get hungry again. I can eat a little more than I used to, but still not much, and then around 2 hours later I'm hungry again. Does anyone else have this experience or is it just lucky me?
I get hungry frequently. I try to eat every three hours but sometimes I'm hungry sooner. Most of my "meals" are pretty small though. Usually about 200 calories, sometimes a little more, sometimes less. It's not uncommon for me to have a cup of yogurt with about 100 calories for a snack and while it's yummy and fills me up at the time, I will get hungry in less than three hours after that.
I don't worry about it. What matters is how many calories you eat over the course of the whole day, not how you break them up. If you find you're getting too many calories and gaining weight back, then you need to eat less. Otherwise, it would seem that what you're doing is working fine.

Thanks Kelly--so good to know! I have put on about 7 lbs that I lost, but I don't think that's a bad thing. I was getting awfully thin and my family kept asking me if I was "ok." Ha ha. I just don't want to gain any more, that's for sure, so I was starting to get worried. I hope all is well with you!
