Problems noticing my progress
So today I was telling my therapist that I can't seem to notice my progress and I don't really feel like I lost that much though I know that I did (3 months out and 70 lbs lost). So she told me to have a photo shoot, with different clothes every month and it was surprisingly fun. I discovered a lot of clothes that didn't fit before the surgery and I can see a little better how much progress I made. I plan on doing the same clothes every month to see how I look. I posted some of the photos and if you want to see them here is the link:

If you can't see how much you lost you should do the same, I feel a lot better now!
That was me yesterday... I knew I lost weight, clothes are baggy, people commenting, but I just couldnt see the true IT... my friend took a pic yesterday, and compared to the day prior to surgery, OMG! I was like WHOA! lol my son hasn't seen me since the surgery (hes at college) and I posted to facebook, forgetting he'd see the pics, and he was very impressed. I wanted to surprise him when he came home for Thanksgiving... guess I have to just lose more by then lol.. Congrats to you!

I do a 'fashion show' each Friday and try on new things in my closet and seeing things fit that did not before is an awesome way for me to see and enjoy my loss. It really helps reinforce my progress!

Good for you!! Love the pics.
I have to look at pictures, too. I like doing side by side ones to make me realize how far I have come and to keep me motivated.
