I usually have calcium in the morning and iron at night but today I forgot the calcium. I took it just now but I was hoping to go to bed soon. When can I take the iron now?

I've always done one full hour, either side.

i'm RNY, so much transient is shortened that I take them a bit closer than the book. Since I have labs that meet my high standards, 19 yrs now, I keep on doing that.

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

We need 1500 to 2000 mg calcium citrate, according to the ASMBS, but can only absorb about 500 mg at a time, so we need to take calcium three or four times a day.
