I forgot to ask my doctor when I was at my check up. How much calories am I suppose to be eating at almost 7 months out? I think I eat no more the 400-500 calories.  Sometimes less.

What are you eating for 300 calories that meets your protein requirements?

I think you are miscalculating.

That is WAY too low for 7 months out!!!!  That is low for even ONE month out! How can you even come close to getting in your protein eating so little?

Definitely doesn't sound like enough to me-meow are you surviving??!!

I do about 900 cals on non-exercise days & up to 1200 on exercise days. This consists of at least 90g carbs, 70-90g protein & about 20 g fibre, all approximate, can all be a bit higher.

In my opinion, you need more.

You should definitely ask your surgeon's office. I was told to eat 1000-1200 calories a day. It worked for me even though it sounds like a lot.

Wow.  At seven months out, I was eating 3/4 to one cup of food four or five times a day, about 1000 calories total.

Why are you getting so few calories?  Are you getting enough protein?

What does your doctor's plan say?

I agree with several others. 1000-1200 per day seems reasonable.

I was still only getting 700- 900 at that point and was told to be at 1000 but I just didn't have room to get there. How is your weight loss going at that few of calories? I found I'd start to slow way down or stall for a few days and upping my calories got me to drop so I kept trying to up them to where I was suppose to be to keep out of starvation mode. Are you getting in your 60 g of protein? and how on so few calories. You don't want to become malnourished so you need to get them up there. Add a protein shake or two they are typically 150 calories or more.

Any chance these numbers are not including protein shakes? I can't imagine how you are getting so few. I'm not quite 3 months out and I was told 700 calories. Most days, I'm pretty darn close if I get all my protein in. A shake alone would put me awfully near your 300 calories!
