YAY for you! We're surgery date twins!

My HW was 333 (BMI 47.7)

My SW was 289 (BMI 41.4)

My CW on Monday was 199 (28.5)

My total loss is 134 lbs, my surgical loss is 90 lbs, unless you count the 10 lbs of fluid I walked out of the hospital with, making it 100 lbs.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
