100 Pounds Down (Pic)
This morning I stepped on the scale and it said 161.4 .... okay okay, so technically I still have .4 to go until 100, but I dont give a what what. STILL COUNTS. Im so beyond thrilled and happy that I did this surgery, I have absolutely no regrets. I will be 8 months out on the 13th and am loving life. I still slip up every now and then but I take it one day at a time. Still want to lose another 30 pounds but id still be happy right where I am. Training now for a 5k in March. Zombie 5k aghhhhhhheeeeagggg
Id have to say it changed for me when I started doing my 5k workout and I could jog without wanting to die. Yesterday I finished my 5k workout in 40:30 and my fastest speed was 6.5 mph. I cried, from happiness. Knowing I can go on a hike with my husband, and just be active, makes me love life. Not just tolerate it, and wait for my next meal.
