Finally below 100 kg

Don't usually post blowing my own horn but so excited to make this mark. Because we work in the metric system this is a big number for me and don't think I have weighed under 100 kg for about 35 years (probably since early high school). Has taken me about 6 years and 3 weight loss surgeries to reach this point but so worth it. Still very much a work in progress but think this is a land mark for me and will hopefully spur me on to bigger and better. Few stats below.

High weigh prior to Gastric Sleeve in November 2007 = 172.5 kg or 380 pounds

Weight prior to revision of Gastric Sleeve in August 2011 = 132.5 kg or 292 pounds

Weight prior to RNY July 2013 = 127.5 kg or 281 pounds

Loss since RNY = 27.9 kg or 61.5 pounds

Total loss since 1st surgery = 72.9 kg or 160.7 pounds

Weight today = 99.6 kg or 219.5 pounds

Next goal is to get my BMI below 30 and into overweight (as opposed to obese territory)

I think it is important to "blow your own horn" -- as a pre-op I found all the pictures and scale victories and non-scale victory posts incredibly inspiring. It made me feel like there was hope and that I was making the right decision.
