Just remember, unflavored dies not mean tasteless! I would look at Unjury brand online or possibly through your hospital or surgeon. Your nutritionist may have a few free samples.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Unjury is great and can be pretty undetectable, depending what you put it in.  But I wouldn't say it's cheap.  As far as I know, it's only available online.  A container with 15 servings/scoops is going to run you around $20.95.  I like Unjury's protein powder.  It's good quality stuff.

GNC has an OTC package, a small one, but I don't remember how much it cost.  Just don't heat it up!!  I put it into soups, or whatever I can stir it into so it just disappears into the food.  I've also used it in pasta sauce when doing ricotta w/sauce, etc.  Don't be afraid to experiment!

So you eat cold soups and cold pasta sauce?  I would want to heat those things up.

Of course you know I mean not to heat the protein powder;  just  stir it into the warm sauce.

I use unjury and I can drink it down no problem. I just recently wrote about it on my blog.

I have the Unjury unflavored and I didn't like it. I feel like I could always taste it.

I get my Unjury from the hospital pharmacy.  It's $3.00 cheaper and has no delivery charges.  I used to mix it into everything but lately I've been concentrating on real foods in order to see what I can tolerate and I'm having a shake once a day still.

I didn't care for the Strawberry Unjury becase it was too sour.
