SV and progress

So yesterday I met my NUT and I am finally under 100 kgs!!! That is so big for me!!! I am so happy with my progress!! So far (4 months out) I've lost 80 lbs  and I am feeling that I am losing now because it is getting easier to buy clothes and to wear my old ones. That for me is almost better than seeing the numbers go down on the scale!! On Monday I am going to the hospital to have my internal stitches removed (I had an allergic reaction and because of that my incision keeps opening up) and after that I will finally be able to start exercising properly wich will hopefully speed up the losing process.

congratulations.
What is your secret to losing so fast? Do you walk every day? Do cardio? What is your typical diet like? I want to have the same success.  Keep it up!!!

Ow thank you!! I don't really know my secret because I am not even exercising yet. I had a reaction to the stitches and my incision keeps opening up so when it is closed I walk for an hour to an hour and a half. But when it opens again I have to stop everything. I am going to the hospital to have it removed (the internal stitches that are doing it so...) and after that I am joining a gym and hopefully things will go faster. As for my diet, I am from Brazil so it might be a lot different from the American diet but my NUT did a program with 900 cal and it has been like that for about 2 months now. But on a typical day I eat:

Breakfast: one slice of bread with cheese and a yogurt

Lunch/Dinner: Some kind of meat (chicken, fish, pork or meat) it is usually a portion the size of my palm, maybe a little smaller with a spoon of rice or 3 spoons of beans and one spoon of vegetables

Then I have two more meals

- 2 cream crackers with cheese

- Ice tea (it is almost summer here and it is just too hot for tea lol) and 2 crackers

Don't worry about it, I bet you will be very successful :)

That is just wonderful! I am sorry you're having to have internal stitches removed...that does not sound fun, but glad you're having a great experience otherwise!

Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
