Where did I go wrong? How do I get back?
What vitamins are you taking and how much? Are you taking them daily? Getting your labs back in check is your #1 priority. Regain happens and it can be loss again just at a much slower pace. You have to get yourself back in the game emotionally. I totally understand stress and can sympathize with you there.
Reactive hypoglycemia can be taken care of by eating a protein based, complex carb with fat diet. Plan on eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks per day. You should also consider using an on-line program to record every thing you put in your mouth and measure EVERYTHING.
Are you drinking with your meals and not waiting at least 30 minutes after? I see so many long-termers let this rule go and it's probably one of the biggest bad habits one can go back to.

Sorry you are going through such a stressful time. My prayers are with you on that. But you know the things you need to do so I won't add that here. Just get inn to see a dr., maybe a therapist to have someone to talk things through and know that you will feel better about yourself when you get back on track.

Because you know test results, you are obviously seeing a clinician of some kind. Good for you for taking that step. The bariatric center where I had my surgery includes a gastroenterologist on staff who specializes in bariatric medicine -- my surgeon is quite knowledgeable but we both defer to this physician frequently (I had a serious unrelated illness immediately following surgery, so I see him frequently).
Because of the blood sugar issues your having as well, if you don't currently have a bariatric internist, it may be worth working with one if you live in an area where one is available. You likely need to be seen by an endocrinologist as well. So many bariatric patients are diabetic and because bariatric surgery helps improve diabetes, perhaps you can find one who understands bariatric surgery and patients (I think that's the key with any specialist we see for issues that are related to our surgery).
Good luck. It's obvious that you've had a rough road the last few months, and you deserve to have these issues resolved!
I wanted to suggest you copy and past this into the reply on those that asked for specifics from you. In a general reply they won't see it unless they open the post again. If you reply to their response to you it will send them a notice.
I am not a lab/vitamin expert, so I will leave it to the vets.
