My protein shake cups. I have three of them. They are plastic tumblers with lids and the lids have a hole for a straw. They came with reusable plastic straws but I found them difficult to clean so ended up tossing them out and buying a cheap pack of disposable straws at the dollar store. But I put my milk, protein powder and other ingredients in the cup, put on the lid, cover the hole for the straw with one finger, and shake it up. The lid helps cover up the protein powder smell, too.

I'm always in the mood to spend money, so I am more than happy to reply. Post-op buys: bariatric food journals made just for WLS patients, hand-held protein counter booklet, protein shaker bottle used very often, large-size pill organizers for daily pill-taking, exercise membership, quality walking shoes, home scale, warmer and more colorful non-black clothing for my freezing body, stock-up piles of favorites like Propel water, protein bars, and nuts. Hopeful future buy: facelift :)
The journals are 4" x 6" spiral-bound titled CELEBRATE SUCCESS, blue in color with a woman leaping in the air on the front cover, about $5. I purchased mine through the gift shop (may be available through the surgery dept. also) at the hospital I had WLS: St. Joseph's Area Health Services Center for Weight Management in Park Rapids, Minnesota 1.800.566.3311
