foamy crap on top of shakes - YUCK!! I hate that stuff. I try my blender on low and it's still there!

jealous - Okay, I'm only a week out, but already I've had 2 people say to me "oh I'm gonna be so jealous when you lose weight" I'm like "ehh..heh" I don't know what to say! I don't respond...

I'll be finding my caffeine elsewhere from now on - Hubby made a pot of coffee and it smelled so good, so I did 1/3 coffee 1/3 water and 1/3 chocolate protein shake. It was tasty, but I'm paying for it now. Ugh. 

All is good here! - Had my surgery today (or yesterday depending on how you wanna look at it.) Everything went perfectly. I'm feeling better every passing minute. Happy 31st birthday to me!
