suffering from severe gas pains all week.... Don't know what to do anymore

He did call back. He said to either take some pain medicine or go to the e.r. as there is nothing he can do right now at the hour I called.... I am having regular bathroom movements.  I have been taking some tylenol with codine it takes some of the pain away but not all.....  I am still dying in pain....  Eating and drinking make the pains worse.  I have no way to get to the e.r. now.... I don't know what to do.

Please go to the ER. Camouflaging the pain isn't wise IMO. You shouldn't be having constant gas pains this is NOT NORMAL. This is concerning I hope you find out what's going on.  

If you have a kink or a full blown blockage this could become urgent real fast. Go and demand testing. Tell them you need an ultra sound with contrast. 

I just noticed you said you have no way to get to the ER. I agree with Holly this is nothing to ignore. Call an ambulance or a friend, heck get a neighbor to bring you. 

A blockage is serious if this is what you are dealing with it can become life threatening. I'm not trying to scare you I'm concerned for your health.

I agree. Call a cab, call a friend or neighbor, call an ambulance, but get to the ER  NOW!  This may well be something much more serious. My friend Vicki waited when she had serious pain and sadly, she did not survive.  Please take care of yourself!
