Hair loss
Mine has started to slow finally, but true its upsetting but it does stop. Even though I take tons of biotin it didn't help, it's just part of this journey, I will take my thinning hair over all the weight any day ![]()
But it does stop, and your hair will grow back. It's a small price to pay for getting healthy.

I swear I will be bald any day now and I'm 5 1/2 months out. If I hadn't started with super thick hair, I don't know what I would do. I won't even put my hair in a ponytail right now because it is so thin. I'm praying it stops soon because I don't want to cut my hair off, but I'm not sure there will be a choice if this continues. Others say they don't notice unless they actually tough it, but I notice! My 4 year old seriously has more hair than me! I keep telling myself it'll grow back and it's worth it (plus, I'm sure I've lost 2/3s of what I had and 1/3 is a lot faster to straighten)! ;o)

I had a huge amount of hair loss before I dropped pounds..I would lose a lot of weight and stall, lose hair, lose pounds. I noticed that if I increased my protein and took a B complex it seemed to help a little, also brushing my hair more frequently during the day, so I wasn't "shedding" everywhere...I never took biotin, I spent the money on higher quality vitamins...it stopped eventually. It is a bit disconcerting though.
