After I come home question
My current obsession right now is cold-brewed hibiscus tea with fresh lemon juice and some erythritol for sweetness. In terms of antioxidant content it's the most potent drink science has tested and it tastes like fruit punch! It would be fine right out of the hospital too.
8 cups of water, 4 tea bags of anything where hibiscus is the first ingredient, the juice of one lemon, and artificial sweetener to taste. Let it sit overnight and drink throughout the day.
I drink a lot of protein drinks, water, chicken broth. I do very much like warm decaf tea. My body seems to really like warmth for some reason. I know it sounds a bit boring, but I change my shakes up by adding some sugar free jell pudding powder to give it different takes. Like choc banana, choc butterscotch. so forth so on
I am only 1 week out so still having all of this.
