Not the poster child for sensible bariatric eating today... rushed out the door and scrounged leftovers in the work kitchen, then had a business meeting for lunch and out to eat again with friends at dinner.  I did manage to run after dinner at least.

B - leftover Chicken & mushroom pasta (mostly chicken)

S - string cheese

L - salad bar at local restaurant; cottage cheese and ham and egg for protein

S - 2 crackers left over from the salad bar

D - Mexican!! Part of a Chicken Chile Relleno.  2 tortilla chips.

S - 4 M&M's (stupid holiday M&M Nutcracker candy dispenser...)

Revision Lapband to RNY 2-6-2013   HW: 286  Pre-Op Diet: 277  Surgery Day: 265  Goal: 155  CW: 155

Ha - I wish!! We go to a little Mexican place just up the road and they have a combo with a Relleno, a taco and Guacamole salad for $5.50 -- no way I could do it myself for that.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Snack--jalapeno cheese stick

Snack Black Cherry Greek Yogurt

Dinner--grilled chicken and no salt almonds with a half a sweet potato with butter (yes I eat butter)

Fiberone 90 calorie bar (I have to have the extra fiber) and a jalapeno cheese stick.

I drink Sf iced tea all day.

I'm 4 months out, down 78lbs. I'm not eating great today, and I know that. I've decided to cut myself some slack since I'm PMSing SO hard and I've been good for so long. Mostly, by not great, I mean I'm not going to count calories or protein today, though my food choices are still on my "approved" list.

Anyway, today I had:

Breakfast: chocolate protein shake

Lunch: cucumbers, hummus, sharp cheddar cheese

Snacks: honey roasted almonds (I may need to quit buying these. I could eat the whole jar! So far I've had 1/2 a serving: 14), cheddar cheese, cucumbers, hummus

Dinner: I think I'll fry an egg or possibly make some tofu. There's also the chance that I'll run to Walmart and get Wendy's chili on the way back. If I do that, I'll eat about 1/2 of it with cheese and sour cream (or maybe greek yogurt) and possibly even eat the crackers.

I SHOULD be drinking gallons of water (usually in the form of Sobe lifewater 0), because I am SO dry, but the more i hurt the more I want a salt-lick, so I haven't been good about drinking today.
