Your biggest bang for you buck may be tuna fish (25 calories and 5.5 grams of protein per oz), chicken breast (about 25 calorie and 4.5 grams of protein per oz) and plain Greek yogurt (15 calories and 2.5 grams of protein per oz). There are also protein bars with a lot fewer calories. Think Thin, which I use, are 240 calories and 20 grams of protein. Quest bars, which I love but are kind of spendy, are about 190 calories and 20 grams of protein. I also use Premier protein drinks at 160 calories and 30 grams of protein.

Sweet baby Jesus laying in a manger of hay filled by his mother. What brand of bar is THAT?! Have you tried a Quest bar? 160 calories and 20g of protein? The Premier bars are 30g and 200 calories. I had an Isopure RTD Lemon Tea today and it is 40g for 170 calories.
How much fat and carb is in a 30g bar with 340 calories? Yikes!
