For 12 yrs I've taken them as: my multi & B-12 sublingual in the morning - when I was on iron I took this then too. But then no coffee within hours of the iron so that kept me from having my morning coffee.

Calcium was lunchtime, dinner and bedtime. Can't mix that up with the others and it has to be taken hours apart. Worked for me and I'm still doing it the same way today.

This is what I do maybe you can find something useful if not just find a method that suits you.I pour 1/4 C of juice(this is the only undiluted juice I have,as I have cut out juice from my diet unless it is a splash of juicy in my water)and put my 5 drops of Biosil in it and proceed to take all of my vit. except the calcium as I was instructed never to take it w/ a multi. I was told to have 2 chewable multi's daily I take 1 upon waking and the other 4hours or later after my calcium which helps with protein synthesis.Important especially if you weight train or work out. Good luck on finding a system that works for you.

I'm pre-op and I take a lot of medications - some 1x/day, some 2x/day and some 3x/day -- I've got one of those large pill boxes that I keep on the kitchen counter near the sink.  It works for me -- I don't have a phone that I can set reminders on.  I load it up once a week and I'm set.

Still learning.  Currently in pre-op stage.
